ORDER:

In the G.O. 1 st read above, orders were issued to provide Personal

Assistant to MLAs on deputation basis from the Government Departments,

up to the cadre of Senior Assistant, subject to certain conditions mentioned

therein.

2. In the reference 2 nd read above, Sri K. Vidya Sagar Rao, MLA, Korutla

Constituency, Karimnagar District, has proposed the name of Sri J.Anil

Kumar, Teacher MPPS Ramannapally, Sircilla Mandal, Karimnagar District to

appoint as Personal Assistant to him on deputation basis in relaxation of

rules/conditions in G.O.1 st read above w.e.f.01.07.2014.

3. After careful examination,Government hereby appoint Sri J.Anil

Kumar, Teacher MPPS Ramannapally, Sircilla Mandal, Karimnagar District as

Personal Assistant to Sri K. Vidya Sagar Rao, MLA, Korutla Constituency,

Karimnagar District on deputation basis in relaxation of the rules/conditions

mentioned in the G.O. 1 st read above w.e.f 01.07.2014.

4. The District Collector, Karimnagar District shall take necessary action in

the matter.

Appointment of Sri K.M. Sahni, IAS (Retd) as Special Representative to the

Government of Telangana at New Delhi with the Status of Cabinet Minister in the

State – Terms and Conditions Orders Issued.

ORDER:

In the G.O. read above, orders were issued appointing Sri K.M. Sahni, IAS (Retd)

as Special Representative to the Government of Telangana at New Delhi with the

Status of Cabinet Minister in the State.

2.  The terms and conditions for the above Special Representative of Telangana

State in New Delhi are as mentioned below:

i. The term of office shall be One Year from the date of assumption of

charge.

ii. The Special Representative will be paid the following:

3.  Government hereby also accord provision of rent free accommodation to Sri

K.M. Sahni, IAS (Retd) as Special Representative to the Government of Telangana at

New Delhi.

4.  The allowances sanctioned to Sri K.M. Sahni, IAS (Retd) as Special

Representative will be born by the Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan, New

Delhi and the following Staff also be provided by the Resident Commissioner,

Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi by way of deputation/outsourcing.

b) D.E.O.  - 01

c) Office Subordinates  -  02

d) Driver (with vehicle)  -  01

One Phone at Residence and One Cell Phone connection will be provided.

4.  The expenditure shall be debited to 2070- Other Administrative Services. MH-

115- Guest Houses, Government Hostels etc., SH - (05) - Telangana Bhavan, New

Delhi. 010 - Salaries and other detailed heads which will applicable.

5.  The Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi is requested to take

necessary action in the matter accordingly.

6.  This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their

U.O.No.1866/64/A1/EBS-I/2005, dt. 16.02.2015.

2.  In the ref. 2 nd read above, Minority Welfare (OP&BUD) Dept. have informed

that Smt. K.Rajeswari, Deputy Secretary to Govt. has applied leave for a period of 62

days w.e.f. 05.12.2014 to 04.02.2015 and they have surrendered the Officer to G.A.

(Cabinet) Department.

3.  In the ref. 3 rd read above, Smt. K.Rajeswari, Deputy Secretary to Govt. has

reported for duty w.e.f. 31.01.2015 FN.

4.  Government, hereby post Smt. K.Rajeswari, Deputy Secretary to Govt. to

Scheduled Caste Development (Tribal Welfare) Department as Deputy Secretary to

Government in the existing vacancy.

5.  The waiting period in respect of Smt. K.Rajeswari, Deputy Secretary to

Government from 31.01.2015 till date shall be considered as compulsory wait as per

rules in force.

Memorandum F.No.19030/3/2008-E.IV, Government of India, Ministry of Finance,

Department of Expenditure, New Delhi, dated 23 rd September, 2008, permission is

accorded to Sri T.P.Das, IPS (RR:1979) to pursue certain pending issues in Ministry of

Home Affairs, New Delhi from 19.02.2015 to 21.02.2015 and to discuss with the

Advocate-on-record on the status of Supreme Court Contempt petition (C)

No.382/2013 in which he is 1 st respondent as Principal Home Secretary, Govt. of A.P.

at and return to Headquarters on 22.02.2015

2.  The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above

tour, including the journey time both ways, shall be treated as ‘on duty’.

3. This orders does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per

rules in force.
