From the Govt. of India, Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi vide their Notification No. 11031/06/2014-AIS.III(A), dt. 18.07.2014 republished in G.O.Rt.No. 260, General Administration (SC.A) Department, Dated: 26.07.2014.

ORDER:
In the reference first read above, the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training, New Delhi have amended the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955. It has been decided to constitute a committee for a detailed study and recommendations for the revised cadre structure at various grades for the State of Telangana, duly keeping the needs and requirements of the State and also to give its  recommendations on the determination of cadre/ex-cadre posts for the existing cadre strength also.

2. Accordingly, the State Government hereby constitute a Committee to with the following officers:-

1.  Sri Vinod Kumar G. Agrawal, IAS (83),
Principal Secretary to Government (Registration &
Stamps), Revenue Department

2.  Sri V. Nagi Reddy, IAS (84), Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department

3.  Sri J. Raymond Peter, IAS (84), Principal
Secretary to Government, PR&RD Department.

4.  Sri Bhambal Ram Meena, IAS (86), Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department

5.  Sri Adhar Sinha, IAS (88), Principal Commissioner, Land Administration O/o CCLA, Telangana, Hyderabad.

3.  The Committee shall submit its report to Government at the earliest.

4.  The Deputy Secretary to Government (AIS.I), General Administration Department shall assist the Committee by providing necessary data/inputs.
