ORDER:
Whereas,
the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No.30 of 2013) has been enacted
by the Parliament and published by Government of India in the Gazette of India
1st read above.
2. And whereas, the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency
in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been brought
into force w.e.f. 1st January, 2014 vide Notification 2nd
read above.
3. And whereas, the Chief Commissioner of Land Acquisition &
Special Chief Secretary, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has submitted the proposals
for constitution of State Monitoring Committing for Rehabilitation and
Resettlement under sub section (1) of section 50 of the Act (No.30 of 2013) in
the letter 3rd read above.
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub
section (1) of section 50 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in
Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013),
the Government after careful examination of the said proposal hereby issue the
following notification for constituting a State Level Monitoring Committee for
rehabilitation and resettlement under
the Chairmanship of Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad with (7) other members, which will be published in an
Extraordinary Issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 16-02-2015.
5. The Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land
Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, all the Departments of Secretariat,
all the Heads of Department and all the District Collectors in the State, shall
take necessary action accordingly.

O T I F I C A T I O N
In
exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of section 50 of the
Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation
and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013), the Government hereby constitute a
“State Monitoring Committee for Rehabilitation and Resettlement” under the Chairmanship
of Chief Commissioner of Land Administration with (7) others, for reviewing and
Monitoring the implementation of Rehabilitation
& Resettlement Schemes or Plans
under the said Act (No.30 of 2013):-
