O R D E R

            Government hereby constitute a Cabinet Sub-Committee with the following to review and recommend measures for development of infrastructure facilities, etc. in urban areas under various Municipal Corporations and Municipalities in the State.

1.	Sri Tummala Nageshwar Rao, Minister for Roads & Buildings, Women & Child Development	Chairman
2.	Sri T.Harish Rao, Minister for Irrigation, Marketing & Legislative Affairs, Mines & Geology	Member
3.	Sri P.Mahender Reddy, Minister for Transport	Member
4.	Sri Jogu Ramanna, Minister for Forest & Environment	Member
5.	Sri Srinivas Goud, Parliamentary Secretary	Spl. Invitee

2.        The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration shall be the Secretary of the Cabinet Sub-Committee.

3.        The Terms of Reference of the Cabinet Sub-Committee are as under:

i)      To review and recommend on development of infrastructure pertaining to drinking water, drainage, sewerage, roads and methods to improve the same;

ii)    To review and recommend on issues relating to mechanization of sanitation activities;

iii) To review and recommend on community facilities like dumping yards, solid waste management, markets, electrification, slaughter houses, bus stands, parking places, etc.;

iv) To review and recommend on raising of revenue and other financial resources and matters relating to personnel like recruitment, training, promotions funding, etc.

 4.       The Cabinet Sub-Committee can invite cross section of stakeholders like Mayors / Municipal Chairpersons / Municipal Commissioners, Engineers, Town Planners, Secretaries to Government / Heads of Departments, etc.

5.        The Committee shall submit its report within 15 days.
