ORDER:
In the reference 1 st read above, Government have accorded administrative
sanction for establishment of new Fire Station at Charlapally Industrial Estate,
Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State.
2. The Director General, Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire
Services, Hyderabad in the reference 2 nd read above has requested the
Government to issue orders for creation of 19 posts in different categories to
functionalize the above new Fire Station.
3. Government after careful consideration of the proposal hereby accord
sanctionfor creation of the following posts for the newly established Fire Station
at Charlapally Industrial Estate, Ranga Reddy District.

4. The Home (Ser.IV) Department shall obtain concurrence of Finance (HRM.I)
Department before initiating measures to fill up the posts sanctioned in this orders,
wherever service rules prescribe direct recruitment.
5. The Home (Ser.IV) Department shall take necessary action accordingly.

ORDER:
In the reference 1 st read above, a separate post of Director of Works
Accounts was created under the administrative control of Finance Department
and functioning as a HOD with the duties and functions of the Director of Works
Accounts.
2. Consequent on Andhra Pradesh State Re-organization the Office of the
Director of Works Accounts is divided between two States i.e., Director of Works
Accounts, Telangana and Director of Works Accounts, Andhra Pradesh. The
existing post of Director of Works Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad was
allotted to the residuary state of Andhra Pradesh with effect from 02-06-2014
i.e., the appointed day.
3. The Director of Works Accounts (I/c) has requested to create one post of
Director of Works Accounts in the time scale of pay of Rs.31,550–53,060 (RPS
2010) for newly created State of Telangana.
4. Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord
sanction for creation of one post of Director of Works Accounts in the time scale
of pay of Rs.31,550–53,060 in the RPS 2010 in the Office of the Director of Works
Accounts, Hyderabad, Telangana State.
5. The Finance (Admin.II) Department shall take further necessary action in the
matter accordingly.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Telangana Legislature Secretariat vide
reference 5 th read above, Government hereby accord sanction for creation of the
following posts temporarily, to provide Secretarial assistance to the newly appointed
Government Chief Whips and Government Whips in Telangana Legislative Assembly
and also to the Government Chief Whip and Government Whips in Telangana
Legislative Council as and when appointed and Chairmen of three Financial
Committees and five Welfare Committees (PAC, PUC, Estimates Committee, CWSC,
CWST, CWBC, CWWC and CWM) as and when constituted, besides one P.R.O. post
and one O.S.D. post each in the Peshi of Hon’ble Chairman, Telangana Legislative
Council and Hon’ble Speaker, Telangana Legislative Assembly and the Typists in
various Party Offices in the LegislatureSecretariat. The appointment to these posts
shall be co-terminus with the Office of the dignitary or till the necessity for the posts
ceases which is earlier.

2. The Legislature (OP.I))Secretariat shall take further action accordingly.
