O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Information & Public
Relation, Hyderabad, has stated that the Regional Joint Director, Zone-IV, Kadapa
vide his Lr., dated 09.07.2014, has forwarded the application of Sri Y.Bala
Subbaiah, S/o. late Balasubbaiah, Ex. Watchman, O/o. the Regl. Joint Director,
Zone-IV, Kadapa for consideration of Compassionate appointment, since, his father
expired on 29.07.2011, while working as watchman in the O/o. the Regional Joint
Director, I&PR Dept., Zone-IV, Kadapa.
2. In his application dated 29.09.2011, addressed to the Regional Joint Director,
Zone-IV, Kadapa, Sri Y.Bala Subbaiah, S/o. late Balasubbaiah, Ex. Watchman, O/o.
the Regl. Joint Director, Zone-IV, Kadapa, wherein, he has requested to appoint him
as Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds, in relaxation of upper age limit,
since, he crossed the age of 39 years by 23 days as he belongs to Scheduled Caste
Community and passed Intermediate. He has further requested that, on expiry of his
father, their family is living in poor conditions as there is no earning member in their
family and his mother is aged 51 years and not fit to do work, they have given the no
objection Certificate to appoint him under compassionate grounds.
3. Government, placed the matter before the Standing Committee constituted in
the reference 3rd read above and as per the recommendation of the Standing
Committee, permission is hereby accorded to the Collector & District Magistrate,
YSR Kadapa District, to appoint Sri Y.Bala Subbaiah, S/o. late Balasubbaiah, Ex.
Watchman, O/o. the Regl. Joint Director, Zone-IV, Kadapa, as Junior Assistant on
compassionate grounds in terms of orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, subject
to the condition that he should acquire the required qualification of Bachelors
Degree within (05) five years from the date of joining duty as Junior Assistant as
prescribed in the G.O.Ms.No.135, General Administration (Services.B) Department,
Dt:12.05.2014, in relaxation of rule 12(1)(b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service
Rules, 1996, as he was crossed the age of 39 years by 23 days, duly following the
rule of reservation and other rules as in force for such appointments.
4. The Commissioner, Information & Public Relations, Hyderabad and the
Collector & District Magistrate, YSR Kadapa District, shall take necessary action
accordingly.

sir my father is an govt employe in B.C WELFARE DEPARTMENT expired on 19-12-2015 i am studying b.s.c(com) final year the a.p govt can give jr.asst in conditional base

ReplyDeleteSir, i am abduk malik my father is a givt employee in rayalaseema university as a ateender he expire on 29.09.2012 and i have completed mba i appointed as junior assitant 0n 11.01.2013 and after one year the university given another order including condition to pass typewriting lower i am completed typewriting lower 01.04.2016 university said you are not elibile for increment you are not full fill the condition you full fill the condition on 01.04.2016 onwards the increments will be sanctioned university given the increment and recovery orders. Sir typewriting in a compulsory for jr.asst in universities and increments given 11.01.2013 to 11.01

I AM COMPLETED DEGREE DT.1/3/2017 I REQUESTED TO GIVE A JR.ASST AS PER G.O MS NO.25 DT 12.3.2015
BUT THE COLLECTOR OFFICE JR.ASST SAID YOU CAN COMPLETE THE DEGREE WITH IN A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION AS PER CIRCULAR MEMO 60681/SERVICES-A/12.8.2003
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE A JR.ASST
IF YOU INTERESTED TO GIVE A ATTENDER
THEY SAID LIKE THIS SIR...
CAN I ELIGIBLE THE POST OF JR.ASST?
Sir my father was worked as part time vro and died last year at that time his age 56 in that position I'm apllied compassionate job there are give office sub ordinate but my qualification is graduation what can I do plz give me suggestion
