O R D E R:-
In the G.O. 1 st read above, administrative sanction was accorded for
Upgradation of Primary Health Centre, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District
from 30 bedded to 100 beds Area Hospital at an estimated cost of Rs.724.90 lakhs
towards recurring and non-recurring expenditure, which shall be met from the
overall budget of Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department. The estimated cost
includes Rs.550.00 lakhs towards civil works and Rs. 57.00 lakhs for equipment
& furniture.

2.  In the G.O. 3 rd read above, revised administrative sanction has been
accorded for an amount of Rs.6.34 crores for Civil Works and Rs.0.48 crores for
equipment, also specifying phasing out of expenditure.

3.  In the letter 4 th read above, the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad
has stated that the C.E., APMSIDC has requested to accord necessary revised
administrative sanction for Rs.758 lakhs (Civil works - Rs.710 lakhs + equipment
Rs.48 lakhs) against the revised sanction of Rs.682 lakhs as in para- 2 above for
up-gradation of Area Hospital at Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District, as the
completion cost of the work is increased due to taking up of additional items and
implementation of Government orders on price adjustment.

4.  Government after examination, hereby accord revised administrative
sanction for an amount of Rs.758 lakhs (Civil works - Rs.710 lakhs + equipment
Rs.48 lakhs) as against the earlier revised sanction of Rs.682 lakhs for
up-gradation of Area Hospital, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District.

5.  The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad and the
Managing Director, A.P. Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation,
Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.

6.  This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.V) Dept., vide their
U.O. No.1065/14/A2/EBS.V/15, dated:09-02-2015.
