O R D E R:
          In the circumstances reported by the Director of Adult Education, A.P, Hyderabad
through the references 3rd and 5th read above, the Government after careful
examination, hereby reconstitute the following Departmental Promotion Committee
/Screening Committee for 1st and 2nd level Gazetted posts of Adult Education Department:

i) Director of Adult Education - Member / Convener

ii) Director of Public Libraries - Member

iii) Deputy Secretary or Joint Secretary or
Additional Secretary to Govt. in the
concerned Administrative Department
of Government dealing with service matters
of Adult Education in School Education Deptt. - Member

2. The tenure of the above committee shall be two years from the date of issue of this
order.

3. The Departmental Promotion Committee / Screening Committee shall take up the
process of convening meeting only after lifting of the ban by the Government on
promotions in respect of State level posts.
