O R D E R:
               The appended Notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue of
the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dated: 24th April, 2015.

2. The Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to supply 100 copies of the Notification to
this Department and 300 copies to the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes,
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

                                   NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Andhra
Pradesh Tax on Luxuries Act, 1987 (Act No.24 of 1987), the Governor of
Andhra Pradesh hereby exempts Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams from
payment of Luxury tax under the said Act on the amounts received
towards accommodation provided for the Pilgrims.
