C. REASONS FOR SHORTFALL

Company / State
Reasons for shortfall

ONGC (Gujarat)
Less than envisaged production in Kalol field & less off-take by M/s. GAIL affected production. Ceasure of wells and subsequent production loss from few high potential wells in Linch field. Closure of some of the wells due to stock build up. Increase in Water-cut. More than envisaged decline in Gandhar, Ankleshwar & Jambusar fields & poor influx affected production.

ONGC (Assam)
Less than envisaged production from Geleki, Lakwa, Laplingaon and Charali fields, increasing water cut, poor influx & less than planned inputs affected production.

ONGC (Offshore)
Delay in commencement of production from  WO16 cluster. Delayed commencement of  Cluster-7 FPSO  due to bad weather. Less than envisaged production  from B 193 cluster and less line receipt from offshore. Less line condensate receipt from Offshore.

Pvt/JVCs  (Arunachal Pradesh)
Repeated sand ingress in well requiring frequent well shut-in for well intervention

ONGC
(Gujarat)
Closure of wells due to unplanned shut down of GAIL 12" Gas line from Ahmedabad/Kalol to Ramol &  less associated gas production because of less crude production. Closure of Gas Cap wells for less offtake by GAIL & less associated gas production because of less crude production.

ONGC (Rajasthat & Tripura)
Less offtake by consumers.

ONGC (Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu)
Closure of wells due to GAIL pipeline incident affected the production.

ONGC
 (Assam)
