O R D E R:
                    In the G.O. 1s t read above, Government have appointed T.S.
Forest Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad as “Agent” to the
Government for the purpose of purchase and trade in Beedi Leaves during
the year 2015 Beedi Leaf Season for all the Units covering (10)
Districts of Telangana State. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government
have fixed the collection and purchase rates for the Beedi Leaf Season,
2015.

2. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Telangana State,
Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above, has submitted proposals for
implementation of the Beedi Leaf Scheme, 2015 at a cost of
Rs.5419.00 Lakhs and requested the Government for sanction of the
Scheme with an anticipated 330 units with a total target of 3,68,185
Stranded Bags. He has also requested for continuation of financial powers
to the Forest Officers during the Beedi Leaf Season 2015. He has
proposed for purchase of (3) cars and (3) Jeeps under Beedi Leaf scheme
during 2015 season.

3. Government, after careful consideration of the matter, hereby
accord administrative sanction to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests,
Telangana, Hyderabad for implementation of the Beedi Leaf Scheme in
(21) Divisions of Telangana State during 2015 Beedi Leaf Season, at a cost
of Rs.5419.00 Lakhs as detailed in the Annexure-I to this order through
T.S. Forest Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad.

4. The delegation of financial powers (Cheque Drawing Powers) to
Forest Officers at various levels, which have been fixed by the
Government vide G.O.Ms.No.36, FS&T(For.III) Dept., dt.28-4-2001 for
implementation of Beedi Leaf scheme, shall continue for Beedi Leaf Season,
2015, also, as detailed in the Annexure- II to this order.

5. Permission is accorded to T.S. Forest Development Corporation Ltd.,
Hyderabad for raising of necessary loan to meet the total expenditure
required from the consortium of Banks, without Government Guarantee.

6. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Telangana, Hyderabad and
Vice Chairman & Managing Director, T.S. Forest Development Corporation
Ltd., shall take necessary action, accordingly.

7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.VIII)
Department vide their U.O.No.5075/155/EBS-VIII/15, dt. 19.5.2015.
