ORDER:

The Government vide reference 1^st read above have issued the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015 which is a voluntary scheme and subsequently certain amendments were also issued vide G.Os 2^nd and 3^rd  read above.

2.       The Government hereby issues the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015 issued vide reference 1^st read above and amendments from time to time.

3.       Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated:03.06.2015.

4.       The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery & Stores Purchase, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad  shall publish the notification in the extraordinary Gazette of Andhra Pradesh and furnish 300 copies to the Government.

NOTIFICATION

          In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 [Act 11 of 2014], the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the G.O 1^st read above.

A M E N D M E N T        

(i)  Rule 7(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015 issued in the G.O 1^st and 3^rd  read above, shall be substituted with the following:

“7(2) After approval of the details and the extent subject to modifications by the Commissioner, CRDA upon consideration of such objections and suggestions the Competent Authority for Land Pooling shall within fifteen days of the date of approval by the Commissioner, CRDA notify the finalized area for the preparation of draft LPS in Form 9.5 in the manner provided at Rule 6(3).

(ii)  After Rule 7(2) of the G.O 1^st and 3^rd read above, the following Rule as 7(3) shall be added:

“7(3) Appeal from all orders of Commissioner under 7(2) lies to the Principal Secretary to Govt., MA & UD Department within fifteen days from the date of Orders of the Commissioner, CRDA and such orders shall be final”.
