ORDER:-
              In the circumstances reported by the Director General of Police, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government hereby constitute
Forensic Science Development Board in the State of Andhra Pradesh under the
chairmanship of the Chief Secretary to Government with the following members:-

1. Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department
2. Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department
3. Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
4. Additional Director General of Police,
            Crime Investigation Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
5. Inspector General of Police, Technical Services.
6. Dr.K.P.C. Gandhi, Advisor to the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

2. The Board shall frame policy guidelines on this subject, assist in the
procurement of the latest equipment, recruitment and training of personnel for
improvement of Forensic Science facilities in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

3. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take
further necessary follow up action in the matter.
