1. G.O.Ms.No.522, Genl. Admn. (Op.II) Department, dt.27.08.2011.

2. G.O.Rt.No.42,Planning (VIII) Department, dt.19.01.2015.

3. U.O.No. 1494/OP.II/15-1, Genl. Admn., (OP.II) Dept. dated.15.05.15

ORDER:

          In the G.O 2nd read above, orders were issued appointing Sri Y.

Srinivasa Sesha sai Babu as Chairman of the Committee on 20 Point

Programme with Status of a Cabinet Minister for a period of two years

from the date of assumption of Office i.e. w.e.f. 21.01.2015 F.N.

                  

2. In the reference 3rd read above, the General Administration (OP.II)

Department has requested to create the following posts in the Peshi of

Chairman, Committee on 20 Point Programme, as per the pattern specified in G.O. 1st read above.

3. Government have examined the matter carefully and hereby create

the above mentioned posts temporarily w.e.f. 21.01.2015. These posts

shall be filled in the manner as prescribed in G.O.1stread above.

1. Private Secretary (Gazetted)                           : 1

2. Two Personal Assistants  (Non-Gazetted)

(OR)

(i) One Addl. Private  Secretary(Gazetted)

(ii) one Personal Assistant (Non-Gazetted)      : 2

3. Addl. Driver                                                         : 1

4. Jamedar                                                               : 1

5. Office Subordinate                                            : 3

4. The posts created in para two above shall be co-terminus with the

tenure of the Chairman concerned or till the necessity for the post ceases

whichever is earlier.The General Administration (OP.II) Department are

requested to take necessary further action.

ORDER:

             In the G.O 2nd read above, orders were issued appointing Sri G.V.

Krishna Rau, IAS (Retd.) as Advisor to Govt.(Agriculture Marketing &

Tribal Welfare), Govt. of A.P and he was assigned the rank and pay of

sitting Judge of the High Court. He shall also be a Member in the

Governing Body of the Primary Sector Mission. He shall also be in charge of implementation of the Commodity Markets, Computerisation Plan in all Agriculture Markets in the State.

2. In the G.O. 3rd read above, Sri G.V. Krishna Rau, IAS (Retd.) Advisor

was assigned with the status of Cabinet Minister. He assumed the charge

of Advisor to Government (Agriculture Marketing & Tribal Welfare) w.e.f. 17.11.2014.

3. In the reference 4th cited, the General Administration (OP.II)

Department has requested to create the following posts in the Peshi of

Advisor to Government as per the pattern specified in G.O. 1st read above.

1. Private Secretary (Gazetted)                          : 1

2. Two Personal Assistants (Non-Gazetted)

date of assumption of charge. These posts shall be filled in the manner as

prescribed in G.O 1st read above.

5. The posts created in para three above shall be co-terminus with the

tenure of the Advisor concerned or till the necessity for the post ceases

whichever is earlier.The General Administration (OP.II) Department are

requested to take necessary further action.
