Read the following:
 1. From chairman Financial Expert Committee, Hyderabad,
 Lr.No.07/FEC/2015, Dt: /08/2015 addressed to the IT
 Advisor.

2. Lr.No.59/Adv(IT)/2015, Dt:19-08-2015 from
 J.Satyanarayana, IAS(Rtd) Advisor to Government, IT&C
 Department.

ORDER:

                      Vide reference 1st cited, the Chairman Financial Expert Committee, has forwarded the technical and financial bids of (2) companies viz., 1. Foreclosureindia.com/Bank Auctions.in and 2) C1India.com for e-Auctioning  platforms. The chairman, Financial Expert Committee has requested therein to get the technical evaluation of these bidders and to judge the robustness of their e-Auction platforms.

                         Government after careful examination hereby constitutes the following Technical Committee for technical evaluation of the above proposals.

1. Sri Jacob Victor, General Manager......... Chairman

2. Sri D. Venkatachalam, Joint Director (Infra).... Member

3. Sri M. Vidayadhar, Director (comm) i/c...........Member convenor


The Committee shall submit the result of evaluation within a week.
