O R D E R :
The Government of A.P. vide G.O. 1st read above constituted an Interim Council as a stop gap arrangement for one year till December, 2012. On expiry of the term of one year, the Government, vide G.O.2nd read above, extended the term of interim Council and now the Interim Council is functioning.
2. In order to carry out day to day activities, it has been decided to constitute an Interim Andhra Pradesh Medical Council as a stop gap arrangement with the following
members:
Section 2 (c ) 6 members
Teaching staff of Medical College
1) Dr.M.Jayachandra Naidu, Vizianagaram District, Associate Professor of Radiology, Maharaja Institute of Medical College.
2) Dr.P.V.Sudhakar, Visakhapatnam, Professor of Plastic Surgery, Andhra Medical College - Registered Medical Practioners
3) Dr.Yalamanchili Raja Rao, Vijayawada
4) Dr.D.Srihari Rao, Tirupathi
5) Dr.Vijaya Saradhi
6) Dr.M.Madhavi Latha , Nandyala
Section 2(d) 4 members
1) Director of Medical Education
2) Director or Health and Family Welfare
3) Commissioner, APVVP
4) VC, Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences
3. The Interim Andhra Pradesh Medical Council shall carry out, among others, day to day activities of Registration of doctors, conduct of CME programmes and Disciplinary
Proceedings against doctors violating code of Medical ethics, and such other activities as are prescribed under the act.
