In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.,
Hyderabad in her letter 3rd read above, after careful examination, Government hereby post
Sri M.R. Prasanna Kumar, Principal, IASE, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District as Joint
Director, in-charge, in the O/o Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P.,
Hyderabad to monitor and supervise the Mid Day Meal Scheme in addition to his normal
duties of Principal, IASE, Rajahmundry and also Director of Government of Examinations,
A.P. Hyderabad duly relieving Smt A. Padmaja, Deputy Collector presently working as Joint
Director in the O/o Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad with
immediate effect.
2. Smt A. Padmaja, Deputy Collector presently working as Joint Director, in the O/o
Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad is directed to report in
Revenue Department.
3. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further action
accordingly.

ORDER:
The following Notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 12-A of the
Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act, 1960 (Andhra Pradesh Act VIII of 1960) as
amended subsequently, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby extend the period of the
Joint Collectors of the districts of Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Krishna, Prakasam and
Nellore, as Persons-in-charge of the Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas in the concerned
districts, for a period of (6) months or till appointment of new Chairmen, whichever is
earlier.
