ORDER:
In the references
first and second read above, the District Collector,
Visakhapatnam has
stated that Foundation Stone for establishment of Indian
Institute of
Management was laid on 17.01.2015 at Gambheeram (V),
Anandapuram (M),
Visakhapatnam District. Hon’ble Chief Minister, Hon’ble
Union Minister
for HRD, Government of India and other VIPs have attended the
programme. As a
part of protocol, necessary arrangements have been provided
by the District
Administration through certain agencies on credit basis and
produced bills
for an amount of Rs.47,13,684/- and requested the Government for
release of the
amount in favour of the District Collector, Visakhapatnam to enable
to clear the dues
to the concerned agencies.
2. Government
after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord
administrative
sanction for an amount of Rs. 47,13,684/- (Rupees forty seven
lakhs thirteen
thousand six hundred and eighty four only) for the expenditure
incurred for
laying foundation stone for establishment of Indian Institute of
Management at
Visakhapatnam.
3. The above
expenditure shall be met from out of budget made available
under M.H.2203 –
112 – G.H.11 – SH (03) – Establishment of IIM, 500/503 - other
expenditure.
4. The District
Collector, Visakhapatnam shall take necessary action
accordingly.
5. This order
issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.IV.SE.HE)
Department, vide
their U.O. No.4559/122/EBS.IV/HE/2015, Dt.29.04.2015.
