ORDER:-
The following
Notification will be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated
02-12-2015.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of
the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (4) of section 3 read with
subsection (3) of section 3
of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966
(Act 16 of 1966)
and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food
and Agriculture
(Agri.IV) Department, Dated.29th October, 1968 and published in the Andhra
Pradesh
Gazette, dated
the 7th November, 1968, part –II, miscellaneous Notification at pages 1035 to
1039, the Government of
Andhra Pradesh hereby separate the area comprising 5 mandals i.e., (1) Vemuru,
(2) Tsunduru, (3)
Amruthaluru, (4) Kolluru and (5) Bhattiprolu from the notified areas of the
Agricultural Market
Committees, Tenali, Emani (HQ) Duggirala, Repalle and Kuchinapudi of Guntur
district as shown in the
Annexure-I and to declare it to be a separate notified area for constitution of
the separate Agricultural
Market Committee, Vemuru in Guntur district as shown in the Annexure-II and the
Agricultural Market
Committees, Tenali, Emani (HQ) Duggirala, Repalle and Kuchinapudi of Guntur
district, after constitution of
separate Vemuru Agricultural Market Committee as shown in the Annexure-III for
the purpose of
regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural produce and Live stock and
products of
Livestock
specified in Schedule-II and other commodities added to the said list of the
aforesaid
notification
from time to time read with G.O.Ms.No.286, dated 05-07-1994, Agriculture and
Cooperation
Department and
the same having been previously issued G.O.Ms.No.35, Agriculture and
Cooperation
(Mktg-I)
Department, dated 13-07-2015 and published in Part-II, Extraordinary issue of
the Andhra
Pradesh Gazette
No.55-A, dated July 14th 2015, as required under sub-section (1) of section 3
of the said
Act and no
objections and suggestions have been received in the matter.
