ORDER:-

        Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 33 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock)
Markets Act,1966 (Act 16 of 1966), a preliminary notification has been
issued vide reference 7th read above as required under sub-section 4 of
section 33 of the said Act for making amendment to Rule 194 of the Andhra
Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Rules,1969, for
adoption of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Regulation of Age of
Superannuation) Act,1984 (Act 23/1984 which came into force from
23.8.1984) as amended from time to time is applicable to the employees of
the Agricultural Market Committee Service in Agricultural Marketing
Department and the same has been published in the Part-II, Extraordinary
issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated 18.08.2015 inviting
objections/suggestions within one month from the date of publication of the
Notification;

2. And whereas, no objections/suggestions have been received by the
Government/Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad within the prescribed time limit;

3. Now, Government have decided to issue the following final notification
and the same will be published in the Extra Ordinary issue of the Andhra
Pradesh Gazette dated:08.12.2015:-

                FINAL NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by under sub-section (1) of
section 33 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock)
Markets Act,1966 (Act 16 of 1966), the Government of Andhra Pradesh
hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh (
Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Rules, 1969 issued in
G.O.Ms.No.1990, Food & Agriculture (Legislation), dated 17.10.1969 and
published in issue No.27 of R.S. to Part-II, Extraordinary of the Andhra
Pradesh Gazette, dated 21.10.1969 and as amended from time to time is
hereby published in A.P. Gazette for general information as required under
sub-section (4) of section 33 of the said Act.

                       AMENDMENT

The following provision shall be added at the end of Rule 194 of
Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Rules, 1969 :–
“The Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Regulation of Age of
Superannuation) Act,1984 (Act 23/1984 which came into force from
23.8.1984) as amended from time to time is applicable to the
employees of the Agricultural Market Committees in Agricultural
Marketing Department."
