ORDER:

                 Government of Andhra Pradesh aims to construct and develop
Amaravati as an economically vibrant city capable of creating jobs and as a
livable people's capital. In Phase-I by December, 2018, it aims to develop
seed capital with Queen Bees and Government complexes in a targeted
manner.

2. The Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority
(APCRDA), Vijayawada in the read above, has stated that the Andhra Pradesh
Capital Region Development Authority in the 1st Meeting of APCRDA has
resolved to establish an official committee at the Government level headed
by the Chief Secretary and other concerned officials to draw up the list of
mandatory developments that are required to be completed by December
2018 along with the responsible agency.

3. Government, after consideration, hereby constitute a Committee of Secretaries under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary to Government, with the following members:

1 Chief Secretary to Government Chairman
2 Special Chief Secretary to Government, TR& B Department Member
3 Secretary to Government, Housing Department Member
4 Principal Secretary to Government, GA(POLL) Department Member
5 Special Chief Secretary to Government,GA(GPM&R) Department Member
6 Principal Secretary to Government, MA&UD Department Member
7 Principal Secretary to Government, Irrigation Department Member
8 Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department Member
9 Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department Member
10 Secretary to Government, Energy, I&I and CRDA Member-Convener

4. The Committee shall draw up the list of mandatory developments required to
be completed by December, 2018 in Capital City, Amaravati along with responsible agencies to complete those developments.
