O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,
Telangana, Hyderabad in his letter read above and after careful examination of the
matter, Government hereby transfer to Smt A. Sandhya Rani, Pro. Deputy Tahsildar,
Charla Mandal, Khammam District from Khammam District to Adilabad District on
spouse grounds, as per Para 5(2)(c) of Presidential Order, subject to condition that her
seniority shall be assigned in the latter Unit with reference to the date of her joining on
transfer to that Unit as per Rule 35(b) of the General Rules.
2. The individual shall not be eligible for TTA / DA and joining time.
3. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana, Hyderabad and
District Collectors, Khammam District / Adilabad District shall take further necessary
action in the matter, accordingly.
