ORDER:

                In G.O. first read above, Government issued orders incorporating a new

                Corporation in the name and style of the Andhra Pradesh State Beverages

Corporation Limited (APSBCL), as a Public Limited Company under Companies Act

2013, with Regd. Office at 1st Floor, Proh. & Excise Complex, Door No 5-69-55/9-A,

Taluk Office compound, 6/1, Brodipet, Guntur–522 002.

2.            In  the  reference fourth read  above,  Revenue  Department  referred

          proposals for sanction of posts and determining the staffing pattern for the

APSBCL for 502 posts (396 regular employees + 106 Outsourcing employees) in

various categories at levels viz., Corporate Office, Zonal Office and IMFL Depots.

3.                       The Government have examined the matter keeping in view the

growing needs of Andhra Pradesh State Beverages Corporation Limited and work

load. After careful consideration of the matter hereby sanction the following cadre

strength to the newly created Andhra Pradesh State Beverages Corporation Limited

as detailed below.

4. The posts sanctioned in para (3) above, shall be taken from Andhra Pradesh

Beverages Corporation limited on temporary deputation basis to the new

organization without the terms and conditions of their deputation being altered.

5. The Revenue (Ex.II) Department shall take further necessary action in the

matter.
