 The following Notification will be published in the next issue of
Telangana Gazette:
NOTIFICATION
2. In the exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-Section (1) of Section
4 and Section 5(1) of the Telangana Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act,
2002 (Act No.15 of 2002), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the
following amendments to the Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.20, Department
for Women, Children, Disabled & Senior Citizens, dated:31-12-2014.
AMENDMENT
 In the said Notification, the Sl. No.(1) shall be substituted with the
following:
“The Director, Women Development and Child Welfare Department
as the Registrar General of Marriages for registration of marriages as
per the Act.”
 In the said notification the following shall be added as Sl.No.(5)
“District Welfare Officer, Women, Children, Disabled & Senior
Citizens Department as Additional Deputy Registrar.”
