                      Under Rule 10(a) of A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules,1996, the following
officers are temporarily promoted to the post of District Educational Officer / Deputy Director

2. The promotions ordered above are purely temporary basis and the incumbents are
liable to be reverted at any point of time without any notice and assigning reasons therefor.

3. The promotions are subject to outcome of Court Cases, if any, pending before the
APAT/High Court/Supreme Court of India.

4. The promotee officers should join the new post within 15 days from the date of
receipt of this order, failing which they shall forfeit their right for promotion, as per rules in force.

5. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam, shall take necessary
action accordingly.
