      In the circumstances reported by the Director of Medical Education, Telangana, Hyderabad in the letter 3rd read above, the Government after careful examination, hereby transfer Dr.Y.Thimma Reddy, Professor of Orthopaedics, Government Medical College, Nizamabad to Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad in the retirement vacancy of Dr. G.V.S. Murthy, without TTA /DA and Joining time, in relaxation of ban orders on transfers issued in the G.O 1st read above.

2. The Director of Medical Education, Telangana shall take necessary action accordingly.

ORDER:

     In the G.O. 1st read above, a panel of Deputy Civil Surgeons / Civil Assistant Surgeons (Ophthalmology) has been approved for promotion as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology) in Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, for the panel year 2016-17.

2. Under Rule 10 (a) of the Telangana State & Subordinate Service Rules 1996, certain CAS(Ophthalmology) are temporarily promoted as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology) in Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad on non teaching side, under Class-B (Specialist services) of Category- 11(1) of Telangana vaidya Vidhana Parishad Special Service Regulations, in the scale of pay of Rs.61450-105810.

3. Consequent on promotion of certain CAS(Ophthalmology) as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology), the following postings, are ordered with immediate effect:

(i) On promotion, Dr. A. Chinni Pulla Rao, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology) is posted at NPCB, Nalgonda, under the control of DPH&FW, on Foreign Service Deputation.

(ii) On promotion, Dr. Ratnamala is posted as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology) at District Hospital, Karimnagar.

(iii) On promotion, Dr. Rajendranath is posted as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology) at District Hospital, King Koti, Hyderabad.

(iv) On promotion, Dr. K. Chandu is posted as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology) at Area Hospital, Bhongir.

(v) On promotion, Dr. G. Sudheer Kumar is posted as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology) at District Hospital, Nalgonda.

4. The above promotion is subject to condition that the promotion shall be reviewed after completion of process of final allocation of cadre strength, vacancies and employees between the successor States by the Government of India, if necessary; and the persons, so promoted, shall not have any right on his / her promotion and also subject to directions / outcome of OAs/WPs/WAs/RPs/CAs etc., if any pending before the Tribunal / Courts etc., as the case may be.

5. The persons promoted, shall join in the promoted post within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of posting orders, failing which, he / she shall forfeit his /her promotion right/ offer for the current panel year in terms of Rule 11 (b) of Telangana State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 read with G.O.Ms.No.145, G.A. (Ser.D) Department, dt:15.06.2004.

6. The Commissioner, Telangana Vidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad shall take immediate steps to communicate the above orders to concerned authorities, to relieve the individuals without seeking their consent for relief.

7. The Commissioner, Telangana Vidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.

      In the G.O. 1st read above, a supplementary panel of Deputy Civil Surgeons / Civil Assistant Surgeons (Gynecology) has been approved for promotion as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Gynecology) in Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, for the panel year 2016-17.

2. (iii) On promotion, Dr. M. Shivadayal is posted as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Gyenecology) at Area Hospital, Medak.
