Government (Primary Education), School Education Department shall
continue to hold full additional charge of the post of Secretary to
Government (Tourism), YAT&C Department, until further orders.
Smt. Vasudha Mishra, IAS (87), Principal Secretary to Government (YS&S) Department is placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government (Culture), YAT&C Department, until further
orders.
In the circumstances stated in the reference 2nd read above, the
Government hereby, place Sri Sanjay Kumar Jain, IPS, DIG, Karimnagar Range,
Karimnagar, in full additional charge of the post of Deputy Inspector General of
Police, Warangal Range, Warangal w.e.f. 06.01.2012 A.N. in addition to his
normal duties as proposed by the Director General of Police, A.P. Hyderabad
In the reference 1st read above, Smt T. Indira, Section Officer, Finance Department has
been promoted as Assistant Secretary to Government and she has assumed charge on 02-02-2012
F.N. In the reference 3rd read above, the Officer has opted for fixation of her pay in the category
of Assistant Secretary to Government i.e., from the date of assuming charge as Assistant
Secretary to Government.
2. The Officer was promoted as Assistant Secretary to Government vide reference 1st read
above and reported to duty on 02-02-2012 F.N. She has opted to fix her pay i.e. from the date of
assuming charge as Assistant Secretary to Government. Accordingly her pay is fixed as shown
below:

3. Smt T. Indira, Assistant Secretary to Government, Finance Department is informed that
any excess payment made on account of erroneous pay fixation, is liable to be recovered without
any notice.
Consequent on retirement of Sri M. john Wesley, Private Secretary to
Secretary to Government, Smt M.Padmavathi, S.C.Steno., is promoted as Private
Secretary to Secretary to Government in the existing vacancy with immediate
effect.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Andhra
Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965, (Andhra Pradesh Act 6 of 1965) and in partial
modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.541 MA&UD(Elec.1) Department,
datd.05.12.2011, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the Special Deputy
Collector, PABR-II, Ananthapur as Special Officer to the Gooty Municipality with
immediate effect, to exercise the powers, perform the duties and discharge the
functions of the Council, its Chairperson and its Ward Committee/its Committees during
the extended period of such officers or until the elected members assume the charge
whichever is earlier.
In the G.Os. 1st to 16th read above, the Government have issued orders
declaring the areas covered under the erstwhile Gram Panchayats into
Municipalities / Nagar Panchayats under Section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh
Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 6 of 1965).
2. Government have decided to appoint the Special officers to the Newly
Constituted Municipalities / Nagar Panchayats.
3. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of Section 7 of
the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act 6 of 1965),
the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the following Revenue
Divisional Officers / Project Director, DRDA as Special Officers to the newly
constituted Municipalities / Nagar Panchayats noted against them, to exercise
the powers, discharge the duties and perform the functions of the Council/ its
Chairperson/ its Ward Committee/ its Committees:

In pursuance of the Budget release order issued in the G.O. 3rd read above,
Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Managing Director, A.P.
Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation, Hyderabad for an
amount of Rs.5000.00 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty Crores only) from the re-appropriation orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above by the Finance (BG.IV) Dept. for the B.E. 2011-12.

In exercise of the powers conferred under subsection (1) of section 20 of
the Andhra Pradesh (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward
Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993 (Act No.16 of
1993), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment
to the Andhra Pradesh (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward
Classes) Issue of Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificates Rules, 1997
issued in G.O.Ms.No.58, Social Welfare (J) Department, dated: 12-05-1997
published in Rules Supplement to Part-I, Extraordinary issue of the Andhra
Pradesh Gazette, dated: 16-05-1997 and as subsequently amended from time to
time.
AMENDMENT
In Rule 5 (h) of the said Rules, for the expression, “not exceeding 60
(sixty) days” the expression “not exceeding 30 (thirty) days” shall be substituted.
