ORDER:
The Government
hereby constitute a team of observers with the following members for observing the Medical PG admission
counselling process conducted by the Dr.NTR
University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada from 16-04-2012 onwards:

2. The Team of Observers are requested to be present during the
Medical Post-graduation counselling 2012 to ensure the process is conducted as
per the rules, regulations and
procedures etc., in vogue. Upon conclusion of counselling, the team leader
shall submit a detailed report to the Government summarising the salient
aspects of the counselling process, its short-comings, if any, and recommend
appropriate measures for improvement in the future. The Team, however, shall
not interfere with the counselling process per se. The Vice-Chancellor of Dr.NTR
University of Health Sciences is requested to extend necessary co-operation and
support to the Team of Observers.
3. The Government hereby order for the relief of team members
from their duties with effect from 15-04-2012 afternoon to enable them to
travel to Vijayawada. The period during which the team members attend the
counselling shall be treated as duty and they are entitled for TA and DA in
accordance with the rules. The Director of Medical Education is requested to
take necessary action in this regard.
