O R D E R:

The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, has reported that the District Educational Officer, Krishna has submitted that Sri B.Moulal, SGT, MPPS, Madavaram (west), A.Konduru was recruited in DSC 2000 and was repatriated to Warangal District as per G.O.610 in G.O.Ms.No.73, dt : 29.09.2007. The individual submitted representation that his spouse Smt M.Kanaka Maha Lakshmi is working as Gr.II HM, ZPHS, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District and is requesting to retain him under spouse grounds as per G.O.Ms.No.823 GA (MC-III) Dept, dt : 30.10.2007. The District Educational Officer further submitted the study certificates of both teacher and spouse, certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam, dt : 21.01.2012 stating that both are working in Krishna District and the particulars in proforma issued by the GAD in Circular Memo.No.7232/MC-I/2011-1, dt : 04.08.2011.

2. The C & DSE, AP, Hyderabad has further stated that, Government have issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.823, GA (MC-III) Dept, dt : 31.10.2007 to retain the Non-local spouses identified at that places in public interest provided the spouse is working in the same local area (District/Zone/Multi Zone as the case may be), by submitting detailed proposals to Government to accord necessary sanction in this regard.

3. After careful examination of the matter in consultation with GA (MC-I)

Department., Government hereby order for retention of Sri B.Moulal, SGT,

MPPS, Madhavaram West, A.Konduru (M), Krishna District under spouse

grounds in terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above.

4. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad shall

take necessary action accordingly.

O R D E R:

The Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad, in

his letter 2nd read above, has stated that the District Educational Officer, RR

District has submitted the details of the request of Smt K.Rachitha, SGT, PS,

Singapuram, Shakarpalli, RR District requesting for retention under G.O. 823.

The District Educational Officer further submitted that Smt K.Rachitha, SGT

and her spouse Sri P.Mahender, Valuation Officer in GHMC, both are working

in RR District and also submitted the study certificates of both teacher and

her spouse and Spouse certificate issued by Tahasildar, Sherlingampally, RR

District.

2. The C & DSE, AP, Hyderabad has further stated that Government have

issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.823, GA (MC-III) Dept, dt : 31.10.2007 to retain
