Agricultural Marketing Department – Agricultural Market Committees - Constitution and creation of separate Agricultural Market Committee, Dharur with Dharur mandal duly bifurcating from the Agricultural Market Committee, Vikarabad, R.R. District – Issue of

preliminary notification under section 3(1) of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 – Orders - Issued.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (4) read with

sub-section (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce

&Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 and in partial modification of the notification issued in

G.O.Ms.No.2095 Food and Agriculture (Agrl.IV) Department, dated 29.10.1968 and

published in Andhra Pradesh. Gazette dated 7th November, 1968 – Part –II

miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of Andhra Pradesh

hereby declares its intention to constitute a separate notified area of Agricultural Market

Committee, Dharur the area comprising the mandals as “specified in Annexure.II’ from

the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee , Vikarabad as shown in Annexure. I

for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock

and products of livestock specified in Schedule-II and other commodities added to the

said list of the aforesaid notification from time to time read with vide G.O.Ms.No.286,

dated 05.07.1994 of Agriculture and Cooperation Department. After constitution of

Agricultural Market Committee, Dharur as separate notified area, the remaining

mandals in Agricultural Market Committee, Vikarabad will be as shown in the Annexure-

III.

2. Notice is hereby given that the matter will be taken into consideration after the

expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra

Pradesh Gazette and that objections or suggestions if any, received before the expiry of

the said period will be considered by Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

3. Objections and Suggestion should be addressed to the Special Chief Secretary

to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation (AM.1) Department, A.P. Secretariat,

Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad through the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural

Marketing, A.P. Hyderabad in duplicate.
