In G.O.1st read above, orders were issued nominating Sri Ajay Jain, IAS, Chairman & Managing Director, APTRANSCO as Shareholder on the Board of APGENCO in place of Sri Sutirtha Bhattacharya, IAS., who has been transferred.

2. In terms of G.O.2nd read above orders were issued in the G.O.3rd read above, appointing Sri Hiralal Samariya, IAS, as Chairman & Managing Director, APTRANSCO in place of Sri Ajay Jain, IAS., who has been transferred.

3. Government hereby nominate and appoint Sri Hiralal Samariya, IAS., Chairman & Managing Director, APTRANSCO as Shareholder on the Board of APGENCO in place of Sri Ajay Jain, IAS., transferred.

4. The Managing Director, APGENCO shall take action for transfer of the shares held by existing shareholders whose official capacity has been changed to the shareholder now ordered.
