ORDER:

In the letter (D.O.Letter.No.32361/RTIA/GPM&AR/2011, dated.29-11-2011 of Deputy

Secretary to Government (GPM & AR) Department ) the Deputy Secretary to Government (GPM & AR) Department , General Administration Department has  communicated the Minutes of Meeting of High Level Committee held at 11.30 AM on 19.11.2011 in the chambers of Chief Secretary to Government.

2. In the G.O.Rt.No.85, Home (RTI) Dept, dated 18.1.2012 , in terms of Item (5) of the Minutes of the Meeting, Sri T. A. Tripathy, IPS, Special Secretary to Government, Home Department was appointed as Nodal Officer.

3. Sri T.A Tripathy, IPS, Spl. Secy has been transferred to O/o the Director General Police, A.P, Hyderabad and in place of him Sri Kripanad Tripathi Ujela, IPS has assumed charge of the post of Special Secretary to Govt., Home Dept vide G.O.Rt.No.1541, G.A. (SC.C) Dept, dated 3.4.2012 .

4. Sri Kripanand Tripathi Ujela, IPS., Special Secretary to Government, Home Dept. is hereby appointed as Nodal Officer for coordinating the implementation of RTI Act – 2005 among the Public Information Officers in Home Department, A.P.Secretariat.
