Sri V.Chandra Shekhar, Deputy Collector, who is waiting for posting

is hereby posted as Special Deputy Collector in the Office of the Special

Officer and Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad in the

existing vacancy

Sri P.Subrahmanyam, Deputy Collector, who is waiting for posting is posted

as Forest Settlement Officer, Ongole, Prakasam District in the existing vacancy.

Government after careful examination of the request of Sri J.Sudhakar Rao, Special Grade Deputy Collector, presently working as District

Revenue Officer, Karimnagar District hereby direct that the period from

16.07.2012 to 12.08.2012 for (28) days, during which he was waiting for

posting in Revenue Department be treated as compulsory wait under

F.R.9(6)(b).

Sri Y. Narasimha Rao, Special Grade Deputy Collector, who is waiting for

posting, is posted as Additional Joint Collector (Non-cadre), Visakhapatnam, in the

existing vacancy.

The Director General, Special Protection Force, Hyderabad, in his letter 4th read

above, reported that Sri S.Anwar Basha is the senior most Addl. Commandant in SPF and

requested the Government to issue suitable amendment to G.O. 3rd read above for

continuation of 4 Commandant posts and 3 Addl. Commandant posts in SPF and to

consider the case of Sri S.Anwar Basha, Addl. Commandant for posting him as

Commandant, SPF. In the G.O 6th read above i.e. G.O.Ms.No.222, Finance (SMPC)

Department, dated: 21.06.2010, orders were issued amending G.O.Ms.No.No.400,

Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 21.11.2008. According to the said Amendment, one

of three Additional Commandant posts is designated as “Commandant / Additional

Commandant”.

2. Sri. S. Anwar Basha, Addl. Commandant, SPF, in his representation 7th read

above, stated that as per G.O.Ms.No.222, Finance Department, dated: 21.6.2010, a

vacancy of Commandant is available and therefore requested to post him as Commandant

as was done in earlier cases.

3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby post Sri. S. Anwar

Basha, Additional Commandant, Special Protection Force, as “Commandant” Special

Protection Force with immediate effect, in the existing vacancy as per G.O.Ms.No.222,

Finance (SMPC) Department, dated: 21.06.2010.
