COURTS – Creation of eleven (11) Posts of Senior Assistants – One (1) post for each of the 11 Mediation centers in the State under the control of Member Secretary, A.P.State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad - Orders – Issued.

ORDER:

In the letter read above, the Member Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, has stated that in the meeting held on 19.4.2008, between the Hon’ble Chief Minister and Hon’ble Chief Justice of High Court of

Andhra Pradesh it was agreed to set up Mediation Centers in all the Districts of the State. The National Legal Services Authority directed the A.P.State Legal

Services Authority to set up Mediation centers in the State for each District in phased manner and accordingly, the State Legal Services Authority initially established 11 Mediation Centres at City Civil Court, Ranga Reddy District, Warangal, Karimnagar, Kadapa, Chittoor at Tirupathi, Guntur, Krishna at Vijayawada, East Godavari at Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam and High

Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad.

2. The Member Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, has inter alia requested the Government to issue necessary orders for sanction of the following staff on permanent basis instead of Out Sourcing for the above said 11 Mediation Centres :

1) Senior Assistants - 11

2) L.D.Steno - 11

3) Typist-cum-Assistant - 22

4) Record Assistant - 11

5) Office Subordinates - 44

3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord

sanction for creation of the post of Senior Assistants at the rate of (1) post

for each of the 11 Mediation Centers in the State under the control of the

Member Secretary, A.P.State Legal Services Authority and the following Staff

on out-sourcing basis only:
