PRESS/MEDIA NOTE

        It is hereby notified that the Technical Certificate Course Examination in Lower and Higher Grades in Drawing, Handloom Weaving and Tailoring & Embroidery will be held in the month of January , 2013 at the identified centers in all the Districts in the State. The candidates who have passed VII Class Examination are eligible to appear for Lower Grade Examination in the above Trades and those who have passed Lower Grade Technical Examination are eligible to appear Higher Grade Examination in the concerned Trade. The candidates desiring to appear for these examinations should collect blank application forms and other information from the District Educational Officers concerned and submit the filled in applications to the District Educational Officer for onward transmission to the Director of Government Examinations., Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

        The candidates who possess Pass Certificates issued by the states / Boards other than Andhra Pradesh either Academic or Technical qualifications shall obtain prior permission from the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for admission to Technical Examinations.

        Since no Institute is recognized by this Office, the application forms will not be entertained from any Institution / Organisation and the eligible candidates shall submit their applications directly in the Office of the District Educational Officers concerned as per the due dates mentioned below.

        Due dates for remittance of examination fee and submission of application forms by the candidates to the District Educational Officers concerned and  by the DEOs to this office are as follows:

The candidates who apper for the above examinations should remit the Examination Fee through Government Treasury Challan to the following Head of Account:

                        “ 0202      - Education, Sports, Arts & Culture

                               01     - General Education

                                           102     - Secondary Education

                              06      - Director of Government Examinations

                             800     - User Charges”      

        In case, the fee is paid through Demand Draft, the Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “ The Secretary to Commissioner for Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad”  on any Branch of S.B.I (or) S.B.H. payable at Hyderabad only.
