IAS – Smt Minnie Mathew, I.A.S. (RR: 1976), Chief Secretary to Government – Extension of service beyond 31.01.2013 –Orders - Issued

G.O.Rt.No. 464      DATED:31-01-2013                    O R D E R:

          Under Rule 16 (1) of All India Service (DCRB) Rules, 1958 and as per the approval accorded by the Competent Authority in the reference second read above, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby order that Smt Minnie Mathew, IAS (RR: 1976), Chief Secretary to Government, who is due to retire from service on 31.01.2013 AN as per the order issued in the G.O. first read above, shall be retained in service for a period of three months with effect from 01.02.2013, in public interest.

2.       In partial modification of the order issued in the G.O. first read above, it is hereby notified that Smt. Minnie Mathew, IAS (RR:1976) will retire from service on the afternoon of 30.04.2013.

In the circumstances stated in the reference second read above, Dr. M.Jagan Mohan , IAS (1999), Joint Commissioner of Horticulture is placed in full additional charge of the post of Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad, with effect from 10.01.2013, i.e from the date of taking over charge.

Dr. Prasanna Kumar Mohanty, I.A.S. (1979), Special Chief Secretary to Government, General Administration (Accommodation & SR) Department is transferred and posted as Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary in the existing vacancy.

“The Services of Sri Lokesh Jayaswal, IFS (1987) are placed at the disposal of the Backward Classes Welfare Department for appointment as Member Secretary, A.P. Commission for Backward Classes.  His deputation shall be governed by the terms and conditions annexed to this order.”.

In the circumstances stated in the reference third read above, and

after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby extend the term of

deputation of Sri Sanjay Gupta, IFS (87), Chief Executive Officer, A.P. State

Development Planning Society (APSDPS) & Ex-Officio Special Secretary to

Government, Planning Department for a further period of one year, with effect

from 28.12.2012, on the same terms and conditions stipulated in the G.Os first

and second read above

who is waiting for posting is posted as Chief Conservator of Forests

(FCA), Office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), A.P.,

Chairman of the Standing Committee in place of Smt.M.Chaya Ratan, I.A.S., Special

Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department.

Sri Prabhakar D.Thomos, IAS (1977) , Special Chief Secretary to

Government, RSAD Department is placed in full additional charge for the post of

Special Chief Secretary to Government (Jails & Fire), Home Department, until

further orders.
