ORDER:
       In the reference first read above, Government have sanctioned (22) posts of Special
Officer (Housing), one each in (22) Districts of the State, Except Hyderabad in the scale
of pay of Rs.14600-29250 for implementation of Indiramma Rural and Urban Housing
Programme for a period of two years or till the completion of the Programme, whichever
is earlier. In the references fourth and fifth read above, Twenty two (22) posts of Special
Officers have been continued upto 11-2-2014.

2. The Housing Department in the reference sixth read above has requested to
continued the posts of (22) special Officers for further period of one more year w.e.f.
12.02.2014 to 11.02.2015.

3. Accordingly, Government hereby accord sanction for continuation of (22) posts of
Special Officers (Housing) which were created vide reference first read above under
Indiramma Housing Programme for a period upto 11.02.2015 or till the completion of
the Indiramma Housing Programme, whichever is earlier.

4. The Expenditure shall be met from 3% Administrative Charges of the A.P.State
Housing Corporation Limited and there shall be not be any commitment to Government
either now or in future.

5. The Housing Department/M.D., APSHCL, Hyderabad shall take necessary further
action accordingly.
