ORDER  

 The President is pleased to appoint Sri Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu, former Judge, High Court of A.P. as Chairman, in the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (APAT), in the scale of pay of Rs.80,000/- P.M.(fixed).      

2. The appointment of Sri Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu, former Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh as Chairman in the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal will be for a period a 5 years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or till the age of 68 years whichever is earlier.  

3.    The conditions of service of Sri Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu, former Judge, High Court of A.P. as Chairman in the Andhra Pradesh  Administrative Tribunal shall be governed by the provisions of the Administrative Tribunal Act,1985.
