ORDER:-
In the reference read
above, the Secretary, Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Andhra Pradesh Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational
Institutions Society, Hyderabad
has informed that 3rd Special General Body meeting of
MJPAPBCWREIS held on 21-05-2014, has made the following resolutions and has
requested for approval the same:
(i) It is hereby resolved to register a new Society for
Telangana State in the name and style of Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Telangana Backward
Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society
(MJPTBCWREIS).
(ii) It is further resolved that to bifurcate the Society
for Telangana State with the Schools being maintained in Telangana region. It is also
resolved to divide the assets and liabilities of the Society as suggested by
the Government.
(iii) It is also resolved to adopt the existing Government
orders, Rules, Guide lines, Bye-laws and Service Rules to the Society registered newly
for Telangana State.
(iv) It is further resolved that MJPAPBCWREIS Institutions
are located exclusively in the territorial jurisdiction of either of the states. The
staff working in the respective institutions shall be allotted to the same until
further orders. The Secretary of the Society shall be taken from the
Officers of BC Welfare Department not below the rank of Joint Director in both the
States until the regular posts of the Secretary is sanctioned by the
Government in both the States.
2. The Secretary, MJPAPBCWREIS, Hyderabad has requested the
Government to accord permission for the registration of a new Society for
Telangana State in the name and style of Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare
Residential Educational Institutions Society (MJPTBCWREIS).
3. Government after careful examination, hereby approves the
Resolutions passed in the 3rd Special General Body meeting, held on 21-05-2014.
4. The Secretary, Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Andhra Pradesh
Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society,
Hyderabad is requested to take
further necessary action accordingly.
