O R D E R :
In the G.O.1st read above, orders have been issued prescribing certain guidelines formulating Job Chart for the PG / Degree / Diploma / Super Specialty Doctors to undergo compulsory Government service. Para 7 (II) (4) of G.O.Ms. NO.107,  HM & FW (E1) Dept., dated. 18.07.2013 reads as follows:-
“Posting orders will be issued by Director of Medical
Education, Academic with a copy to CFW, in consultation with the Committee.The final attendance register will be maintained in the O/o the DME. The Honorarium will be paid by the DME on line every month before 7th like a central pool”.

2. In the letter 4th read above, the Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that the Government have issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.107, Health Medical & Family Welfare (E1) Department, dated.18-7-
2013 and in at para 7 (II ) (4) therein, it is mentioned that the posting orders will be issued by Director of Medical Education, Academic with a copy to Commissioner
of Family Welfare, in consultation with the Committee. The final attendance register will be maintained in the Office of Director of Medical Education. The honorarium will be paid by the DME online every month before 7th like a central
pool.

3. Therefore, the Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested, among others, to amend para 7 (II) (4) of G.O.Ms.No.107, HM & FW (E1) Department, dated.18.07.2013, so the attendance register will be
maintained at Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Hospitals and honorarium will be paid by APVVP, Hyderabad to the Resident Doctors who have joined in
APVVP Hospitals.

4. The Government after careful examination of the matter hereby issue the following amendment to para 7(II) (4) of G.O.Ms.No. 107, HM & FW (E1) Department, dated. 18.07.2013.

                                   AMENDMENT

For item (4) of para 7(II) of G.O.Ms.No. 107, HM & FW (E1) Department, dated.18.07.2013, the following shall be substituted.

 “Posting orders will be issued by Director of Medical Education, Academic with a copy to CFW, in consultation with the committee. The final attendance registers will be maintained in both the offices of the DME and APVVP respectively in respect of those working in the respective offices. The Honorarium will be paid by the DME and APVVP to those who are working under their respective control, on line very month before 7th like a central
pool.”

5. The Director of Medical Education, A.P. Hyderabad / Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.27118/383/A1/Expr.M&H-I/2013, dated.31.10.2013.
