Budget sanctioned for Meeting expenditure to Mandal Parishads

ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the Finance (EBS.VIII) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.8,40,75,000/- (Rupees Eight Crores Forty
Lakhs and Seventy Five thousand only) Non-Plan from B.E. Provision 2014-15 towards meeting expenditure for the months of September‘2014 under the following Schemes.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Telangana State, Hyderabad has requested to accord administrative
sanction for the grants for the months of June, July, August and September 2014 so as to enable him to distribute the same to the Districts.

3. In pursuance of the orders issued in the references 1st read above, the Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1,01,44,000/- (Rupees One Crore One Lakh and Forty Four Thousands only) to incur the
expenditure towards “Assistance to Mandala Praja Parishads” 

4. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2515-00-198-00-46- 310-312.

5. The Commissioner for Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in Para-3 above. 

6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (EBS.VIII) Department in view of the B.R.O. issued by the Finance Department in the reference 1st read above.
