The following notification issued by the Government of India in Extraordinary Gazette in Part II. Section 3(i) shall be republished in the extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-

G.S.R. 515(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) and sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 76 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014 (6 of 2014), read with the first proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966 and the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government
of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely:-

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of cadre Strength) Amendment Regulations, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength)Regulations, 1966, in the schedule,-
(i) for the heading "Andhra Pradesh" and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(ii) after the heading "Tamil Nadu" and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"Telangana"

Note 1: Prior to the issue of this notification, the Total Authorised Strength of Andhra Pradesh Indian Forest Service Cadre was 149.
Note 2: The Principal Regulations were notified in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide notification number 1672 dated 31st October, 1966 in the Gazette of India dated 31.10.1966 and have been amended, vide following G.S.R. and dates:-
