ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders for appointment of Sri S. Umapathi, IPS (Retd.) on contract basis for revision and updation of Andhra Pradesh Police Manual for a period of Six months with effect from 04.12.2013 to 31.05.2014 with a remuneration of last pay drawn minus pension before commutation on contract basis.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue necessary orders for continuation of the services of Sri S.Umapathi, IPS (Retd.) on contract basis for revision and updation of Andhra Pradesh Police Manual for a period of one year, with effect from 01.06.2014 to***
ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders for appointment of Sri S. Umapathi, IPS (Retd.) on contract basis for revision and updation of Andhra Pradesh Police Manual for a period of Six months with effect from 04.12.2013 to 31.05.2014 with a remuneration of last pay drawn minus pension before commutation on contract basis.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh,
31.05.2015 with lumpsum remuneration on contract basis.
3. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Director General of Police, AP., Hyderabad, hereby extend the services of Sri S.Umapathi, IPS (Retd.) on contract basis for Revision and updation of Andhra Pradesh Police Manual for a further period of one year with effect from 01.06.2014 to 31.5.2015 with lumpsum remuneration, to take up the revision and updation of AP. Police Manual.
4. The Director General of Police, AP., Hyderabad shall take necessary action for execution of the contract with the detailed terms and conditions, as a stamped paper.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR-I) Department, vide their UO No.3720/180/A3/HR-I/14, Dt. 21.10.2014.
