ORDER:
In the GO 4th read above, Government have appointed Sri Alok Srivastava,
IPS., (Retd.), Member, Commissioner of Inquiries, as the Inquiry Officer into the
charges framed against Sri S.Rajender, Deputy Commissioner of Labour, for
Disobedience of the orders of the Government and used discourteous language
against the higher authorities in his representations.
2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby appoint Sri B.
Ajay, Joint Commissioner of Labour, Ranga Reddy, Telangana, by designation as
Presenting Officer under Rule 20 (5) (c ) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA)
Rules, 1991 to present the case before the Inquiring Authority in the disciplinary
case.
3 Sri B. Ajay, Joint Commissioner of Labour, Ranga Reddy, Telangana, is
instructed to submit the relevant records / documents as and when required by the
Inquiry Officer and assist the Inquiring Authority for early completion of the
enquiry.
