ORDER:
In the reference first read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad informed the Government that Sri N.Sada Siva Rao, Deputy Director, District Treasury, Srikakulam was requested the Director of
Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to transfer him as Finance Officer, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur on deputation basis.

2. In the reference second read above, the Screening Committee of Higher Education Department has recommended the following panel of three names to
consider one among them for appointment as Finance Officer in respect of Acharya Nagarjuna University.

1. Sri N.Sada Siva Rao, Deputy Director, Treasuries and Accounts Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Syed Niranjan Shah, Deputy Director, State Audit Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
3. Sri A.Jayasree, Examiner of Accounts, Municipal Corporation, Karimnagar.

While forwarding the above names, the Higher Education Department requested the Registrar, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur to take action after completion of Model Code of Conduct to fill up the post of Finance Officer from
among the above said panel recommended by the Screening Committee, duly placing the matter before the Executive Council.

3. In the reference third read above, the Registrar, Acharya Nagarjuna University, selected Sri N.Sada Siva Rao, Deputy Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, as Finance Officer, Acharya Nagarjuna University, for a period of three years.

4. In the reference fourth read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to post Sri N.Sada Siva Rao, Deputy Director, District Treasury, Srikakulam as Finance
Officer, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur on Foreign Service terms and conditions as laid down in G.O.(P) No.10 Finance and Planning (FW.FR.II) Department, dt.22.01.1993 with the condition that Acharya Nagarjuna University
should pay pension and leave salary contribution to the Treasuries and Accounts Department as per G.O.Ms.No.302 Finance (FR.II) Department, dt.28.11.2012.

5. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to post Sri N.Sada Siva Rao, Deputy Director, District Treasury, Srikakulam as Finance Officer, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur for a period of one year, on Foreign Service terms and conditions as laid down in G.O.(P) No.10 Finance and Planning (FW.FR.II) Department, dt.22.01.1993 with the condition that Acharya Nagarjuna University should pay pension and leave salary contribution to the Treasuries and Accounts Department as per G.O.Ms.No.302, Finance (FR.II) Department, dt.28.11.2012.

6. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
