O R D E R:-
The terms and conditions applicable to Sri S.V. Prasad, IAS (Retd.), who has been appointed as Vigilance Commissioner in the G.O. 2 nd read above will be as follows:-

1.REMUNERATION:
The post shall carry a fixed pay of Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy thousand only) per month, in terms of G.O.Rt.No.2810, G.A. (Spl.C) Dept., dated 27.06.2011

(2) D.A. / H.R.A / C.C.A:
He shall be eligible for these allowances as per G.O. Ms.No.201, Finance and Planning (FW.PSC) Department, dt.2.4.1994 read with G.O.Ms.No.12, Finance and Planning (FW.PSC) Department, dt.17.2.1998.

(3) T.A. and D.A:
He shall be State Touring Officer and would be eligible for T.A. and D.A. as is admissible to the Chief Secretary to the Government. He shall be his own Controlling Officer for the purposes of T.A. and D.A.

(4) STATUS:
The Vigilance Commissioner, will be a full time Officer and will have the status equal to that of the Chief Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh, during his tenure of office as the Vigilance Commissioner.

(5) LEAVE:
He shall be eligible for leave as applicable to A.I.S. Officers.
 
(6) SURRENDER LEAVE:
He shall be eligible for surrender of Earned Leave on par with serving A.I.S. Officers.

(7) ENCASHMENT OF E.L. AT THE TIME OF DEMITTING OFFICE:
He shall be eligible to encash E.L. at the time of demitting office subject to a maximum of 300 days of E.L. including the E.L. encashed during his entire service and tenure of office as Vigilance Commissioner.

(8) L.T.C.:
He and his family shall be eligible for LTC as applicable to AIS Officers.

(9) MEDICAL ATTENDANCE:
He shall be governed by the AIS (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1954 and instructions issued there under from time to time.

(10) G.P.F.:
He is permitted to join the GPF in relaxation of the orders issued from time to time.

(11) VEHICLE:
He shall be provided with a Government vehicle with a driver for official purposes. He shall also be permitted to use the Government vehicle for private purposes by paying Rs.250/- p.m. for running 500 Kms., per month as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.456, GA(OP.II) Dept. dt.8.11.2007 or on par with serving cadre officers to whom such facility is available. 

(12) TELEPHONE:
He shall be provided with a residential telephone from the date of assumption of charge.

2.  The expenditure on the above items shall be met from the available budget allocated to Andhra Pradesh Vigilance Commission.

3. The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Vigilance Commission shall take necessary action accordingly including fixation of pay of the Vigilance Commissioner.
