In the G.O. first read
above, the Government have sanctioned 140 Special Magistrate Courts (Civil
Judge Junior Division) at various places in the State, as per the guidelines of
the 13th Finance Commission.
2. In the reference second read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), High
Court of Andhra Pradesh, has requested the Government for appointment of the
following (4) retired Judicial Officers as Special Magistrates on contract
basis with a consolidated pay of Rs.40,000/- per month to preside over the
above Special Magistrate Courts.

the Government of Telangana to appointment him as Special Magistrate to preside
over the Special Magistrate Court Hyderabad
4. The Government after careful consideration of the proposal, decided to
appoint the following (3) retired Juridical Officers as Special Magistrates on
contract basis upto 31-03-2015 under 13th Finance Commission, with
a consolidated pay of Rs.40,000/- per month, on terms and conditions stipulated
vide G.O.Ms.No: 35, Law (LA&J Home CtcC) Dept., dt:- 31-03-2011 and
G.O.Ms.No: 71, Law (LA&J Home Ctc C) Dept., dt:- 18-06-2011.

The above appointments are subject to the
following conditions:-
(a) If any of the individual
refuses or does not join within fifteen (15) days from the date of issue of the
notification, they shall forfeit their claim to the post of Special Judicial
Magistrate of Second Class for ever.
(b) They will be removed from
office without being called upon to show cause, if they failed to attend three
(3) Consecutive sittings of the Court, without written permission of the Chief
Judicial Magistrate.
