O R D E R:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders for notification
of Employees Health Scheme (EHS) intended to provide cashless medical
treatment to the State Government Employee /Pensioners and their dependent
family members in empanelled network hospitals. Government for review the
implementation of Employees Health Scheme (EHS), from time to time and to
make appropriate recommendations for improving the effectiveness and efficiency
of the scheme, have decided to constitute a Steering Committee under the
Chairmanship of Chief Secretary to Government with 40% members from
employees and pensioners associations, and 60% members from Government.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government have issued orders to constitute a
Steering Committee under the Chairmanship of Sri S.P.Tucker, I.A.S., Special
Chief Secretary to Government, Planning Department, to recommend the
composition of Members in the Steering Committee to review the implementation
of the Employees Health Scheme (EHS). Accordingly, Government in the
reference 4th read above, have constituted the following Steering Committee
under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary to Government, with the following

3. In the reference 5th read above the Chairman, Joint Action Committee has
requested the Government to include the representatives of all the remaining
member association who are members in the A.P Civil Services Joint Staff Council
(State Level) in the Steering Committee constituted for framing the guidelines for
implementing the Employees Health Scheme.
4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby include
representatives of (1) All Andhra Pradesh Government class IV Employees Central
Association; (2) A.P.Government Vehicles Drivers Central Association in the
Steering Committee constituted vide G.O. 4th read above to review the
implementation of the Employees Health Scheme (EHS) from time to time.
