O R D E R
 In the reference read above, it has been decided that there is a need for creating
‘Procurement Standards and Policy’ for the State of Andhra Pradesh and requested to examine
the same and take an appropriate action for providing an action taken report. In pursuance of the
above decision, Government hereby constitute a Committee comprising the following members,
to study the ‘The Public Procurement Bill-2012’ and suggest the best procurement standards and
policy for the State of Andhra Pradesh.
1. Principal Finance Secretary -- Chairperson
 2. Principal Secretary, Infrastructure & Investment---Member
 3. Principal Secretary, Transport, Roads & Buildings—Member
 4. Principal Secretary, Industries -- Member
 5. Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration &
