 1. Representation of Sri R.M.M.Radha Krishna, Deputy Director, State
 Audit, dated:22.11.2014
 2. Representation of Sri. B. Chinnapa Reddy, Regional Deputy
 Director, State Audit, Ongole.
 3. G.O.Ms.No.211 Finance (DCM.II) Department, dated:15.11.2014.

O R D E R:

 In the reference 1st read above, Sri R.M.M.Radha Krishna, Deputy
Director, State Audit presently working on On Duty as Private Secretary to
His Excellency Governor of Tamilnadu has represented that during his
career he has not worked as Regional Deputy Director and also due to his
family circumstances, he would like to come back to Andhra Pradesh.
Therefore he requested the Government to consider for posting him as
Regional Deputy Director, State Audit Ongole.
2. in the reference 2nd read above Sri. B.Chinnapa Reddy, Regional
Deputy Director, State Audit, Ongole has represented that he is having long
standing Service at Ongole (from 11.02.2009 i.e. more than 5 and half years)
and requested to post him as Examiner of Accounts, Municipal Corporation,
Guntur.
3. After careful examination of the representations of the both the
officers, Government hereby issue the following posting orders in relaxation
of the ban on transfers issued in the reference 3rd read above.
1. Sri R.M.M.Radha Krishna, Deputy Director, State Audit (on On Duty
as Private Secretary His Excellency to Governor of Tamilnadu) is
posted as Regional Deputy Director, State Audit, Ongole in place of
Sri. B.Chinnapa Reddy, Regional Deputy Director, State Audit, Ongole
transferred.
2. On transfer Sri. B.Chinnapa Reddy, Regional Deputy Director, State
Audit, Ongole, is transferred and posted as Examiner of Accounts,
Municipal Corporation, Guntur in place of Sri. A.Ramesh Kumar,
Examiner of Accounts, Municipal Corporation Guntur.
3. On transfer Sri. A.Ramesh Kumar, Examiner of Accounts, Municipal
Corporation Guntur is directed to report to the Government for further
posting orders.
4. Sri R.M.M.Radha Krishna, and Sri B.Chinnapa Reddy, Deputy
Directors, State Audit Department are not eligible for any TA and TTA, as
the posting orders are issued at their request.
5. The Director of State Audit, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly and inform the date of joining of the officers to
Government.
